Kevin Wanner Charged with Securities Fraud by the North Dakota Regulators; Securities Lawyers Preparing to Take Action

Wanner allegedly made off with about $5 million in his fraud and money laundering scheme while paying out approximately $1.8 million in purported interest payments accrued on allegedly phony CD’s, regulatory documents from North Dakota further allege.

The North Dakota government is looking to sequester funds from the sale of a house that was owned by Wanner and his wife, according to reports from North Dakota.

Finally, the Complaint goes on to allege that proceeds of the pending sale of a 2011 Ford Convertible Mustang should be forfeited to the government.
