On March 30, 2023, NextGen Healthcare was informed that its printing vendor had experienced a network security incident. At that time, NextGen Healthcare was alerted to suspicious activity on its NextGen Office system. NextGen Healthcare also took measures to contain the incident, including resetting passwords, and contacted law enforcement.
